Besides having my credentials, I have had decades of field experience working as a full time Librarian in special libraries (Telecommunication industry, Finance industry) and academic libraries/public libraries in several states of USA, Canada and Hong Kong (British National Oversea).  At the moment, I am a tenured Associate Professor of UTK & Business Librarian at Hodges Library.

(1) Serve on the Advisory Board for Business & Finance Division of Special Library Association. (2) Selected and Serve on the Editorial Board - Journal of Library & Information Services in Distance Learning.  (3) Selected and Serve as a Choice Reviewer for The Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), a division of the American Library Association.

Local level: UT Faculty Senator (2015 - 2017) - elected; Served on Library Faculty By-Laws Committee (Member: 2015 - 2016, Committee Chair: 2016- 2017) (appointed by Library Dean)

Awards: My 2012 solo-authorship article won the prestigious Citation of Excellence award from Emerald Publishing (Europe).  It was selected as one of 50 articles from 15,000 articles, with proven impact since its publication date, among top 300 business journals around the world including Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management and MIT Sloan Management Review.
