Dr. Hoy holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Marketing from Oklahoma State University. She teaches the Advertising Research, Advertising and Society and Advertising Campaigns classes. Her research interests are concentrated in public policy areas such as advertising disclosures, advertising to children, online privacy, and covert advertising.
